This is a very cool version of “Desolation Row” from Dylan’s 1966 World Tour.
This recording really is from Dylan’s May 27, 1966 show at the Royal Albert Hall in London. At 13 and a half minutes in length, it’s slightly longer than the 11 and a half minute version played at Free Trade Hall in Manchester 10 days earlier, and the sound quality is good.
Plus a good one from the previous year:
Hollywood Bowl,L.A., Sept. 3, 1965 (excellent recording):

Bob Dylan has released at least three of the best rock albums. Period.
Highway 61 Revisited, Blonde On Blonde and John Wesley Harding are classics.
And his earlier albums, particularly Bringing It All Back Home, are exceptional too.
But Dylan has recorded many songs, and many versions of songs, that have not been officially released, or have only turned up decades later on the official bootleg series releases.
So sometimes I think about the albums that might have been.
Here’s one of my imagined Dylan albums, comprised entirely of tracks that didn’t make it onto official studio albums.
Bob Dylan and his superb band arrived in Milan, Italy for three shows — November 2, 3 and 4, 2013. Here are six songs from the Nov. 3rd show. Dylan sounds pretty good and his band is excellent.
I’ve got to warn you that there’s almost no light on the stage. You can hear the songs but can’t see much.
I’ve also included a version of “Desolation Row” from a 2011 show in Milan. I think he’s singing better now than two years ago.
